Schadrack NIYONZIMA Biography I am a conscientious and results-driven educational leader with 15 years of experience advancing quality education in Rwanda. My expertise spans education project management, school leadership training, and teacher capacity development. I hold a Master’s degree in Educational Planning, Management, and Administration, and a Bachelor’s degree in English with Education. I have held leadership and management roles across several international educational organizations. These include serving as the Dean of English and Leadership Programs at Davis College/Akilah, Education Specialist with Opportunity International, and Educational Facilitator with VVOB Rwanda. I have also contributed to higher education as a Lecturer of English at IPRC Kigali and Akilah Institute. Currently, I serve as the Language Coordinator at UTB, where I lead initiatives to strengthen communication skills, curriculum development, and student engagement in language learning. My leadership style is characterized by diligence, integrity, and a commitment to excellence, enabling me to inspire colleagues, empower youth, and drive sustainable impact in the education sector.
